Claude Closes Flow-Through Private PlacementClaude Resources Inc. is pleased to announce that it has closed the private placement of 2,500,000 common shares issued on a flow-through basis at a price of $.55 per common share for gross proceeds of $1,375,000. Canaccord Capital Corporation acted as the Corporation’s agent on the transaction. The proceeds of this offering will be used by the Corporation to incur Canadian exploration expenditures in connection with the Corporation’s mining properties, with such expenditures to be incurred on or before December 31, 2002.
